01 · Overview
HireAI operates on a credit-based, prepaid model. Credits are consumed when you run analyses on the platform. Because AI analysis is computationally expensive and is delivered immediately upon request, our default policy is that all credit purchases are non-refundable.
However, we understand things can go wrong on our end. We outline below the specific circumstances under which a refund or credit restoration will be issued.
Our commitment: If it's our fault, we'll make it right. If it's a change of mind, we're unable to process refunds — but we'll do our best to make sure you get value from every credit you buy.
02 · Non-Refundable Situations
The following are explicitly non-refundable:
- Change of mind: Deciding not to use the platform after purchasing credits
- Unsatisfactory results: AI analysis outputs that you disagree with or find unhelpful — our AI provides probabilistic assessments and is not guaranteed to be accurate in all cases
- Partial pack usage: Credits already consumed from a pack cannot be refunded; nor can the remaining unused credits in a partially-used pack
- Account violations: Credits are forfeited without refund if your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Promotional credits: Any credits received as part of a promotion, trial, or discount offer are non-refundable
- Account inactivity: Unused credits on inactive accounts are not refundable
03 · When You Are Eligible for a Refund or Credit Restoration
We will issue a full or partial refund / credit restoration in the following scenarios:
- Technical billing error: You were charged twice for the same purchase due to a payment gateway error
- Incorrect credit deduction: A platform bug caused credits to be deducted without delivering an analysis result
- Service unavailability: The platform was completely inaccessible for more than 24 consecutive hours after your purchase, and we are unable to provide the service within a reasonable timeframe
- Failed analysis with no result: You submitted a valid resume and the platform returned an error with no output, yet credits were consumed
In these cases, our default remedy is to restore credits to your account. Cash refunds to your original payment method are considered on a case-by-case basis and are at HireAI's discretion.
04 · How to Request a Refund

Use the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Account Email]"
Include the following details
Your registered email address, the date of purchase, transaction/order ID, the number of credits involved, and a brief description of the issue.
We'll respond within 5 business days
Our team will review the request and may ask for additional information (e.g., screenshots of errors).
Resolution
Approved credit restorations are applied to your account immediately. Approved monetary refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank's processing time.
Deadline: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. Requests beyond this window will not be considered.
05 · Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us at support.hireai@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved faster through direct communication.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account pending investigation
- Forfeiture of any remaining credits on the account
- Being flagged to prevent future account creation
We will always cooperate with payment provider dispute processes and provide documentation of service delivery.
06 · Changes to This Policy
HireAI reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be announced via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Purchases made before a policy change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
